Jac Nunns, Chair
Jac is a Lambeth resident, a business consultant specialising in small businesses, social enterprises and charities.
Previously CEO of Kids’ City, providing after-school playschemes, she was a magistrate for seven years. Jac is an independent filmmaker, with a special interest in LGBTQI issues. Jac took up the role of CAML Chair of Trustees in November 2016.
Simon Thorp, Vice Chair
Simon has lived in Lambeth since 1999 and works as a Strategy Director for EE,
He has been involved with CAML since 2012.
Shirley Ashby, Treasurer
Shirley currently works for NHS England Specialised Commissioning National Team as the Senior Finance Manager for Improving Value. She has over 25 years experience working in senior finance roles across the private, public and charity sectors with the majority of her finance experience in healthcare commissioning.
Caroline lives in Lambeth and works as a consultant and coach. She volunteers for Home-Start Lambeth and is a governor of a Lambeth primary school.
Caroline has 17 years experience as an NHS chief executive. She has been a member of a range of NHS and partnership boards.
Mike joined CAML in 2016 after being a Trustee at CA Hillingdon & Ealing. He is involved with National Citizens Advice on a number of projects.
Mike is a Trustee of Carers Trust Thames and a Governor of Cherry Lane Primary School.
Alan is an Assistant Director for consumer and competition policy at the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy. Before this, he held a variety of policy, strategy and operational roles in the Home Office.
Having previously worked as a welfare rights adviser and managing advice services including at a CAB. I currently work for a national charity influencing government and the financial sector to improve policies and processes for vulnerable groups. I also lead on the development of information, advice and support service offers. I have an interest in health inequalities and commissioning and sat on national groups advising on quality assurance and commissioning as well as money advice strategies and advice in health settings.
I am an experienced, dynamic, charismatic, innovative senior transformation project/change manager with a demonstrable record of developing and delivering programmes within timescales and to budget. A strategic “big picture” analytical problem solver who excels in stakeholder engagement, barrier negotiation and benefit realisation. 19 years’ experience in legal, public, charity, consultancy and political sectors.
